Why it matters
“We have such a brief opportunity to pass on to our children our love for this Earth, and to tell our stories. These are the moments when the world is made whole. In my children’s memories, the adventures we’ve had together in nature will always exist.” ~Richard Louv
The Give Adventure grant creates opportunities for the next generation to tell their story. The story of how they remember their first time connecting with the great outdoors. It can be as simple as fishing for the first time, seeing their first bald eagle, or engaging in an exciting sport like archery. It’s about making the connection between people and nature.
